OurCarbon and Model No. Furniture Featured in Furnishing of Williamsburg Waterfront Office Building

OurCarbon® partner Model No. Furniture has installed their 3d printed OurCarbon tinted furniture in the newly renovated The Refinery at Domino, a transformed 19th century factory that now houses 460,000 square feet of waterfront office space.

The triple height public lobby is adorned with Model No.'s Esker Chairs, Avens Tables, and multiple arrangements of Biobenches as combination seating and planting space.

The Refinery’s renovation took the original skin of the Domino Sugar Refinery and placed a brand new glass office building inside of it, blending the old with the new. Within its lobby, carbon from one of our most basic forms of waste is now fixed for centuries in a modern furniture form made with 21st century production methods. 

Seeing OurCarbon showing through Model No.’s pieces in such a premier location is a great milestone for OurCarbon and parent company Bioforcetech… and it’s open to the public to witness at any time!
